More Than a Meal
Alligator Creek Bistro is the dining heart of the Alligator Creek Community and Sports Club Inc. — a place where locals gather, families share a table, and good food brings people together.
We run Friday and Saturday Buffet Nights and our beloved Food Truck Sundays, serving up generous, home-style meals at prices that make it easy for the whole family to come along.
Every session is set price — $25 for adults and $15 for children under 12 — so you can relax, eat well, and enjoy the company without watching the clock or the bill.

Chef Donald Haddon
Award-Winning Head Chef · 50+ Years Experience
Chef Donald Haddon is one of Australia's most accomplished culinary professionals — an award-winning chef with over 50 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Throughout his distinguished career, Don has built menus for some of the most popular restaurants locally and across Australia, and has trained many of the country's other award-winning chefs.
Don's mastery spans every cuisine and every style — from refined fine dining to the kind of tastefully crafted buffets that keep a full room coming back week after week. His rotating menus at Alligator Creek Bistro reflect a lifetime of culinary curiosity, with themes ranging from Giant Yorkshire Pudding nights to Mexican Fiestas and Asian Fusion spreads.
Beyond the Bistro, Chef Don is also available for private functions — bringing the same world-class technique and attention to detail to your special occasion. Whether it's an intimate dinner or a large celebration, Don crafts an experience your guests won't forget.
